Hypnosis has changed my life, so I want to make this powerful tool available to as many people as possible.

My mission is to bring your natural self-confidence and the infinite creative power that lies dormant within you onto the stage of life. This unshakable strength that allows you to overcome life's challenges - stress, anxiety and overwhelm - with a sense of ease and grace. Free from unnecessary drama and false beliefs, you can uninhibitedly live out your unique gift that is waiting to be seen by the world.

My own transformation began in Ukraine when my family decided to look for a better future in the West. This time was characterized by uncertainty, poverty and a spectrum of limiting emotions such as doubt, disappointment, anger, shame and fear. The journey continued, driven by the need to achieve “something”, I constantly looked for validation, career and success. But all of this always seemed unattainable. I was living a lie and couldn't find anything to fill the emptiness inside of me, until I decided to change perspective and learn the transforming power of hypnosis myself. These experiences have taught me the most difficult lessons in life and also the most valuable: that you and I are capable of achieving anything we set our minds to.

 

As a transformation coach, I show people that their true power goes deeper than their habits and thought constructs. You hold the reins to redesign your life, discard what didn't serve you, and rediscover yourself as often as you wanted.

Who can benefit from hypnosis? Hypnosis is suitable for anyone who desires swift and lasting change. Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation that enables you to access your subconscious more easily and foster positive changes in your life. Changes in the subconscious impact your entire being, with new, positive behaviors seamlessly becoming part of your daily life. Is hypnosis dangerous? No, hypnosis is a safe and natural process, similar to the experience you may have while watching an engrossing movie. You can wake from the trance at any time and remain in control at every moment. Can everyone be hypnotized? Yes, almost anyone who wishes to can be hypnotized. The experience is based on the individual's free will. Every person experiences trance differently, and the experience varies. Do I lose control during hypnosis? No, you retain control during hypnosis and will learn to develop even greater control over your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Your subconscious knows what is good for you and will consider recommendations that are beneficial. Can I remember everything after hypnosis? Yes and no. Often you can recall many things that happen during hypnosis. It's like dreaming: some aspects are clearly retrievable, others remain more in the background. I like to work with people in so-called Mixed States, meaning I bring clients out of the trance and then back in, and we continuously refine the experience. How long does a hypnosis session last? A session usually lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on your individual needs and process. Is self-hypnosis learnable? Absolutely, self-hypnosis is a valuable and learnable skill that can serve you in many areas of life for personal development. Is hypnosis a form of manipulation? No, hypnosis is not manipulation. You remain conscious during the entire session and retain control over your body and mind. Do I have to believe in hypnosis for it to work? No, the success of hypnosis does not depend on your belief in it. It is based on natural processes in your brain and operates independently of your beliefs. Can hypnosis be conducted online or over the phone? Yes, hypnosis has proven to be very effective online, assuming the internet connection is stable and secure. The scientific perspective Hypnosis has garnered scientific interest and clinical recognition as a therapeutic tool. It is not just a technique of thought control from the entertainment industry, but a researched and applied psychological method. It is especially known for its effectiveness in pain management, where meta-analyses indicate significant pain-relieving effects that can be crucial for patients with chronic pain. The American Psychological Association recognizes hypnosis as a therapeutic technique and highlights its usefulness for various conditions, including anxiety and stress. Although hypnosis does not replace medical treatment, it is increasingly used in conjunction with other therapies, improving outcomes by addressing the psychological aspects of health problems.
